Villa Venance is a beautiful house located in the charming village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, in Côte-d'Azur. This property with swimming pool has 4 bedrooms and is a great place for charming holiday with family or friends.

This 400 square metres house is west facing.
Visitors will appreciate the villa's charming and comfortably equipped interiors.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with views of the pool and the surrounding countryside, a large and friendly dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
This level also has two beautiful double bedrooms and a laundry room (with washing machine, dryer and ice maker).

On the first floor, there is a dressing room and two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
The house can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.

The villa has lovely, well appointed exteriors. There is a garden, terraces, lounge and dining areas.

They can also enjoy the beautiful outdoor swimming pool 12m x 5 metres - 1.4m deep which is secured by an alarm.

The price includes a weekly housekeeping and the final housekeeping (guests must however leave the villa in a suitable condition).

Villa Venance is located 3 km from the centre of Saint-Paul-de-Venance and its amenities.
By car, the property is 30 minutes from Nice, 25 minutes from Cannes and Antibes, and 15 minutes from Cagnes sur Mer and Crau de Cagnes.

Once you've arrived, you will never want to leave, however there are plenty of things to discover in the region. Grasse, glamour’s Cannes,  Antibes and Biot just to name a few, all have plenty to offer from art galleries, craft shops and cafes and restaurants and plenty more.

The beaches at Cannes beach or Theoule-sur-Mer are a short distance from the Villa

However if you are more adventurous on can explore the magnificent cities and villages of the Cote d’Azur, Eastwards to Nice and Monaco and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too or to the West and Fayence and even St Tropez.
