The Villa Le Lys de Mer consists of seven sumptuous bedrooms each with its own bathrooms accommodating 14 guests and with four additional bedrooms for staff. It including a large and elegant living room opening onto a refined dining room perfect for moments of relaxation, a fully-equipped modern kitchen to satisfy your culinary desires.
Outside there is a spectacular 15m x 8m heated swimming pool, an impeccable tennis court for sports enthusiasts and lush gardens where nature blends harmoniously and with access direct to the sandy beach.

On the ground floor the entrance into large living room/dining room on two levels, doors on two sides to garden, swimming pool and sea, fireplace and TV. Professional kitchen with 3 ovens, 2 dishwashers, ice making machine, and cool drawers for drinks, and access from outside.
Access also to lower ground floor storage and utility room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Guest cloakroom.

The Garden Annex (a few minutes’ walk from Main House) has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and kitchen corner. Three double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. These four bedrooms have independent access from the garden. The accommodation is comfortable but not to the same standard as the main house and may be more suitable for staff and/or teenagers.
The property is also just under 4 kilometres Tropez (10 minutes drive) to the Village Centre so it’s not possible to feel bored in this area with St Tropez’s where they are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nightlife sports clubs and medieval towns to explore such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle and apart from having direct access to La Plague de Salins and nearby beach you are also close with a few minutes drive with it’s golden sandy of Pampelonne beach,10 minutes drive with the numerous famous.
