The Château de Sannes is located on an estate of over 72 hectares. Access to the Chateau is via a beautiful 400-meter alley lined with plane trees, located in the Lubéron Regional Park, near the most beautiful listed villages in the region. It offers a superb protected environment in the heart of a countryside sculpted by vineyards and wooded hills. The Chateau has 15 luxury bedrooms and can accommodate up to 30 guests, 3 heated swimming pools and staffed.
The main Chateau is in fact a XVIIth and XVIIIth Century Chateau, built between 1635 and 1707 and thought to have originally been used as a hunting lodge before transitioning into the castle it is today.
Guests are surrounded by breath taking views of vineyards, lavender fields and truffle oaks, as well as a small olive grove and superbly landscaped formal gardens. The resulting atmosphere is truly enchanting.
A long driveway flanked by tall platane trees guide you to the Chateau, which has been completely restored ensuring XVIIth century architectural respect. A beautiful alignment of mullioned windows and stone frames, highlighted by the intricately carved front door, welcome you into the interior of the Chateau where 1000 square meters of living space is found.
Two spectacular pools are found here as well - One uniquely positioned within the historical Orangerie, offering a fantastic indoor experience with walled windows; and a second located outdoors overlooking the gorgeous views of the surrounding hills.
A delightful vaulted chapel with beautiful carved gate dating back to 1661 can also be found adjoining the main Chateau.

Three heated swimming pools are available on the property: two pools at the Château, one indoor and one outdoor with its two pavilions, one in the Mas. Outdoors pools are closed during the winter season.
The splendid park and formal gardens around the Château with the large pond and century-old plane trees is pure delight.
Behind the Mas is an old dovecote dominating the property. At the entrance of the property is an old windmill perfectly restored and in working order

Large entrance hall and its beautiful staircase with 17th century plasterwork, cloakroom with access to two vaulted cellars in the basement. Large kitchen with feudal fireplace and its old vegetable garden. Back kitchen with north access. Five large adjoining reception rooms with two dining rooms, two beautiful lounges and a library office. An entrance to the east serves the indoor swimming pool. This one is opened on the gardens by magnificent arcades.
Le Chateau - 1st floor;
Large landing distributing a beautiful living room of approximately 50m², five beautiful bedrooms with bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms has a closet or dressing room and most of them have a fireplace.

A large living room of 80m² lit by numerous windows. Two beautiful bedrooms on either side with bathroom.

An additional charming guest’s house is found near the château, which has been spectacularly converted from the former Chateau stables. Approximately 100m² of living space is found here, also in perfect condition with sitting room, kitchen, two air-conditioning bedrooms and two bathrooms all on the ground floor level.

This house is an old stone farmhouse on the estate, on a promontory behind the castle. Dating from the 18th century, it offers approximately 600m² of living space in perfect condition.
