Villa Montauroux Lux, a luxurious villa with 5 bedrooms, large garden, private swimming pool, tennis court, access to the activities of the Golf resort & Spa

Tastefully decorated, with clear colours that make the inside elegant and modern, the villa can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The house is equipped with multiple facilities for a pleasant stay and powerful WI-FI is available throughout the property. It is also fully air-conditioned, and each room has a ceiling (adjustable according to guests' preferences).

 On the ground floor, visitors will find spacious and bright living areas, generously sunny thanks to their large bay windows. Guests will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, the dining room and the small adjoining living room that can be transformed into a 5th bedroom if necessary (with an adjoining bathroom that meets the standards of the disabled).

On the first floor, there are 4 beautiful bedrooms (2 with private bathroom and WC and 2 sharing a bathroom).

The house also has a fully equipped laundry room.

The property has a magnificent, wooded park, full of small and large spaces offering different atmospheres.The generous lush garden with local species, carefully tended, and the exposed stone walls contribute to the harmony of the surroundings, enhanced by the peaceful song of the cicadas.

Guests will appreciate the large, covered terrace ideal for meals, the large lawns where games can be organised with the children, the superb tennis court and the pétanque strip.

They will also be able to take advantage of the beautiful heated outdoor pool 14m x 5.5 metres, secured by an alarm.

The price includes air conditioning, pool heating (from early May to late September), bath amenities and a 2-seater golf cart.

The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services (on request and depending on availability), such as car with driver, airport transfers, breakfast, massages, chef services, babysitting, or the possibility of accessing the golf course and spa of the Terre Blanche domain (located nearby).

The Villa is a perfect place to enjoy a blissful getaway but not far from the coast, easy access towards Nice, Cannes and Grasse or towards the infamous St Tropez.  If you don’t want to venture to far there are numerous hilltop villages nearby such as Fayence, Sellians and Montauroux with pavement cafes, restaurants and artisan shops. Lac de St Cassien only 10 minutes away offering a variety of water activities
