Designed by the Véronique Cotrel agency, the interiors combine warmth and refinement.The spacious living room, bathed in light and enhanced by its bow windows, is perfect for socialising and relaxing in a setting where oak, soft colours, and contemporary furniture blend with Norman style. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing or sharing meals.

The villa also has a pleasant indoor summer kitchen with direct access to the terraces.

The house offers five suites. Spread over several floors, they combine space and privacy in a cozy or bright atmosphere depending on their exposure. Each room has air conditioning, high-end bedding, plenty of storage space, and refined finishes.

The grounds of 3,500 m² garden designed by Fabien Caumont is a little piece of paradise. Here you will find a superb swimming pool heated all year-round 9 x 4 m - depth: 1.45 m, an outdoor jacuzzi, a private padel court, a large terrace, shaded dining areas, a barbecue, and elegant garden furniture. Here, everything encourages you to savour every ray of sunshine or the mildness of an evening around an outdoor dinner, in the absolute calm of a protected corner of nature.

The parking can accommodate 6 to 8 cars.

Your stay is enhanced by a discreet, professional, and personalized concierge service, personalized welcome, shopping management, coordination of local service providers, recommendations for activities or restaurants... Upon request and for an additional fee, a private chef or catering service can prepare your meals. Breakfast served at your table can also be provided.

Please note that the villa also has an electric car charging station (use of which is free up to 10KWH).
