The grounds of the Bastide de Vence are just as stunning as the property itself; with large terraced grounds full of olive, orange and lemon groves and mature shrubs, this is the paradise garden you've been searching for. There are stone steps leading down to the lower terrace, where there is an 18m x 5m heated infinity salt-water swimming pool, with a summer kitchen and covered dining area and an outdoor shower. There is a pathway to the private tennis court and boules pitch, and ample parking.

The magnificent grounds are built into the hillside, with six south facing terrace levels with olive, orange and lemon groves and mature scented shrubs. Below the olive grove level is the pool with an impressive 18m x 5m heated infinity salt-water swimming pool (heating on request) with a shallow beach entry. There are far reaching views from the pool area and there is also a pool house with summer kitchen and covered dining terrace with seating, brick barbecue and fridge and a outdoor shower.  The grounds  are light creating a magical atmosphere at night time.

Once you've arrived, you will never want to leave, however there are plenty of things to discover in the region. The old walled town of Vence is full of interesting art galleries, craft shops and cafes and restaurants. Nearby St Paul de Vence has small cobbled streets with tempting artisan shops and is home to renowned restaurant La Colombe d'Or.

The beaches at Villeneuve Loubet and Cagnes-sur-Mer are a short distance from Bastide de Vence.

However if you are more adventurous on can explore the magnificent cities and villages of the Cote d’Azur, from Cannes to Biot, Nice and Monaco and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too or to the west there is Grasse and Fayence.
