This lovely 3-bedroom villa is located in the small picturesque village of Murvica and offers scenic views of the sea as well as being within walking distance from the beach. Villa Bonita, is situated on a beautiful location, on a gentle southern slope at the foot of the Vidova Gora overlooking the vineyards, blue sea and island of Hvar.

Murvica is a little hidden town, only 5 km away from the center of Bol – famous tourist destination of the Dalmatian islands. The Bol and Murvica are connected by a new, high-quality road. About halfway there is famous beach Zlatni rat. Murvica is also a starting point for excursions to the ‘Dragon’s Cave’, the convent ‘Drčevica’ and ‘monastery / museum Blace.

Villa Bonita is a very unique, newly built yet traditional Dalmatian, small stone luxury villa. Villa is fully equipped with modern standards, giving guests a true feeling of compound Brač landscape. The property of villa extends over an area of 1000 m² and villa comprises 120 m² of living space arranged on two floors.

Decorated to a high standard, this charming property features an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with double sofa-bed on the ground floor. The ground floor also completes double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room has direct access to the terrace with the swimming pool.

There are two good size bedrooms on the upper floor, both with a hardwood floor, one with double bed and another with two single beds. Each room has en-suite bathroom. Double bedroom has a view of the south and west, which means that it has a beautiful sea view.

Ground floor living room doors open onto a large terrace which is partial covered and equipped with all the kitchen equipment for cooking your meals outdoors. A large wooden table under the covered terrace, with a sea view in front, can easily sit 6 persons. The stone terrace combines a swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable deck chairs and outdoor shower.

The most magical part of the property is breathtaking view of the blue sea, vineyards, olive groves, the island of Hvar … Unforgettable sunsets and sunrises, and all the wonderful shades of the blue in between.

Island Brac is situated between islands Solta and Hvar and it is biggest middle Dalmatian island with 395 km² of space. The island was probably named after a deer – brenthos in Illyrian, a cult animal of Illyrian tribes who inhabited the island. Greeks called it Elaphusa and Bretanide which derives from the world elaphos – deer. Findings in the Kopacina cave are the evidence of the presence of deer on Brac in the prehistoric period. Beach Zlatni rat, Vidova gora, Blaca desert, deep inlets, olive-groves, vineyards, pine wood along the crystal clear sea are images that numerous visitors bring home from the island of Brac. With its unspoiled nature, beautiful beaches, cultural and historical attractions, and well developed tourist and sport offers, Bol is one of the best known tourist destinations in Croatia. Situated on the southern part of the island, Bol is the oldest littoral village and a famous summer resort. Far known beach Zlatni rat is one of the biggest and most beautiful natural attractions of Bol and the whole Adriatic. Zlatni rat beach is constantly rated as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world by its visitors and magazines alike. Beach Zlatni rat extends along for half a kilometre into the sea, like a sandy point covered by a dense pine wood. Bol actually has a lot to offer to everyone. You can relax at the beach and get some tan, or you can be active as much as you like. Outdoor activities in Bol include hiking, scuba diving, windsurfing, kite surfing, quad rides, sightseeing (museums, galleries, and traditional architecture), para-sailing, banana and tube rides, water skiing, free climbing and much more.

Muvica is a small village situated on the southern slopes of the island Brač. It is turned towards the sea, on the coast up in the hill. Murvica is famous of its stunning beach, distinctive Dragon's cave and red wine. The red wine is produced from the indigenous wine sort Plavac which grow on the vineyards which village is surrounded by. The Dragon's cave is located near Murvica and it's called like that because of the relief carved into the cliff. It is something worth to see. Village beach is one of the most beautiful on the Croatian coast. The round small stones are magnificent for pleasant sunbathing, crystal clear sea is excellent for swimming, diving, rowing, surfing.... The best description of the village itself is that it is a forgotten place, with a lot of ruins in it and around it. Even on our beach we have Roman well, which is no longer in use, but it is here to remind us on ancient times. In such place is easy to relax and forget about the civilisation.
