Some twenty minutes’ drive north of Rovinj lays a flooded canyon valley - Lim Channel, also known as Lim Bay or Lim Fjord. The Villa occupies an area of 680m², consisting of two levels, has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and is suitable for a comfortable accommodation of 10 persons. The ground floor of Villa Ultima is the central area of the villa, which consists of billiard-room with lounge area and TV. The lounge area extends to the large, white dining room, with a dining table and chairs. This area is connected to the professional and fully equipped high-tech kitchen with bar counter and spacious living room with modern sofas, which opens to a beautiful partial covered terrace with a barbecue, outdoor dining area and an intoxicating view of the sea. Towards the other side of the villa is a gym and a spa area with a Jacuzzi, sauna and an indoor swimming pool.
On the top floor of Villa Ultima, there are five spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, TV and terrace overlooking the sea. Four bedrooms consist of double beds and one is with twin beds which can easily be connected and make double bed.
The luxurious exterior of the villa is enhanced by the fabulous and spacious sunny terraces with deckchairs, swimming pool, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen with barbecue and dining table.
