This unique luxurious villa is located in the south of the island Paros, just a few minutes away from the pictorial little town Aliki.
It is situated above the ocean offering a spectacular sea view and the neighbouring islands. It only takes a few minutes to walk to sandy bays of Makria Miti
Spread across 230m² and located on a 6,600m² piece of land, it is one of two villas located right next to one another, which have their own entrance and swimming pool, and can be rented together or separately.
This Villa Makria with thick stonewalls combine traditional Cycladic elements with modern design comprises of three air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms accommodating 6 guests. The Villa’s living room is beautifully arranged, with elegant white sofas and handpicked wooden furniture, while a spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen adds to an aura of order.
The rooms with exposed beam ceilings and pastel colours, the white fabrics and decapè side tables softening the effect and creating an environment of tranquillity. The bathrooms display playful compositions of blue and yellow, some of their built in elements reverberating traditional craftsmanship
Outside the blossoming flowers paint the landscape fuchsia, yellow, red and white, with the outdoor area boasting gracefully arranged lounging and dining spaces.
The infinity swimming pool produces a unique effect with its pebbled edge, while so close to the water’s edge, that guests have a beyond spaces feeling of swimming in the sea. Three beautiful secluded beaches are conveniently located only minutes walk from the villa.
Activities such as Yoga courses and massages can be organised including chartering a boat and captain to go out on a trip. A scuba diving school can be found in the nearby town Aliki.
A maid will be at the guests´ disposal (Monday through Saturday four hours a day, two hours on Sunday) also prepares breakfast and other meals if required.
Shopping facilities, tavernas and restaurants are situated in Aliki, Pounda and Parikia.
