Small old country house completely renovated in a cozy way, enchanting it stands in a rural setting in the middle of a vineyard. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a small pleasant swimming pool. On the outskirts of the picturesque village of Plan de la Tour.     

On the ground floor a spacious living room with sofas, fireplace where you will feel very relaxed, three small steps down a dining room, fully equipped separate kitchen or modernity and tradition will charm you, everything is there to allow you to prepare a good meal . On the first floor, a double bedroom with 160 cm bed a second double bedroom with 90 cm beds with air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub and WC and a shower room with WC all the rooms have been decorated with great taste 

Exterior: an enchanting place. Under a canopy, a magnificent wooden table with its chairs to take your meals there all hours of the day, a small comfortable lounge where you will like to have your aperitif there at the beginning of the evening, Gas barbecue.
